Growing on Instagram
I have learned so much about Instagram and the different ways people grow their following. There have been a lot of ups and downs with Instagram over the last few years. Their algorithm has been changing so much and so fast. It used to be easy to grow your following by cross promoting with other people. Nowadays it's so much more difficult. Although there are a lot of challenges I've had to face on Instagram, overall I think I've done a pretty good job at growing my following. It is important to stay consistent and always post new content for your followers to view. It took me almost two years to grow my biggest page @TechnologiesPage to 900k followers. One friend told me that it was a waste of time when I first started that page and that I shouldn't pursue it. However, I did and it paid off. I wish Instagrams algorithm was how it used to be back in 2015, but that doesn't stop me from continuing the growth.
